3月27日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞局局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人吳謙大校答記者問(wèn)。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，中伊（朗）俄（羅斯）近日舉行“安全紐帶-2025”聯(lián)合演習(xí)。請(qǐng)進(jìn)一步介紹相關(guān)情況。
Question: It is reported that China, Iran, and Russia recently conducted "Security Belt 2025" joint exercise. Could you provide more details?
吳謙：根據(jù)年度計(jì)劃和中國(guó)、伊朗、俄羅斯達(dá)成的共識(shí)，3月9日至13日，三國(guó)海軍部隊(duì)在伊朗恰巴哈爾港附近區(qū)域，組織了“安全紐帶-2025”聯(lián)合演習(xí)。此次聯(lián)演以“共創(chuàng)和平與安全”為主題，三方共派出10余艘艦艇及特戰(zhàn)分隊(duì)、潛水分隊(duì)等兵力參演，圍繞聯(lián)合反恐反海盜典型場(chǎng)景，開(kāi)展打擊海上目標(biāo)、臨檢拿捕、損害管制、聯(lián)合搜救等多個(gè)科目演練，有效檢驗(yàn)參演兵力戰(zhàn)術(shù)指揮協(xié)同和聯(lián)合行動(dòng)能力，深化了各參演國(guó)家間的軍事互信和務(wù)實(shí)交流。期間，官兵們還進(jìn)行了艦艇互訪和文體交流活動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步加深了了解、增進(jìn)了友誼。自2019年以來(lái)，中伊俄已成功舉行5次海上聯(lián)合演習(xí)。中方愿與各方積極開(kāi)展海上安全的交流合作，為世界和地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定作出新的貢獻(xiàn)。
Wu Qian: In accordance with the annual plan and the consensus reached by China, Iran, and Russia, the three countries' naval forces conducted "Security Belt 2025" joint exercise near Iran’s Chabahar Port from March 9 to 13. Following the theme of "Building Peace and Security Together", the three sides sent over 10 vessels, as well as special operations and diving units, to the exercise. Focusing on counter-terrorism and counter-piracy operations, the troops trained on subjects including maritime target striking, VBSS (visit, board, search and seizure), damage control, and joint search and rescue. The exercise tested tactical command coordination and joint operational capabilities of the participating forces, and deepened military trust and practical cooperation among the three countries. During the exercise, the troops also had ship visits and cultural and sports exchanges to enhance mutual understanding and friendship. Since 2019, China, Iran, and Russia have successfully conducted five joint maritime exercises. China is willing to actively engage in maritime security cooperation with all parties, and make new contributions to world and regional peace and stability.
