1月25日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞局局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人吳謙大校答記者問(wèn)。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，臺(tái)灣外事部門(mén)稱(chēng)，大陸就臺(tái)灣選舉發(fā)布的答問(wèn)不符合國(guó)際認(rèn)知和兩岸現(xiàn)狀，呼吁大陸尊重選舉結(jié)果。請(qǐng)問(wèn)發(fā)言人有何評(píng)論？
Question: Taiwan’s foreign affairs department said that the comments made by the mainland concerning elections in Taiwan are not consistent with international understanding and the status quo of the cross-Strait relations and call on the mainland to respect the result. What’s your comment?
吳謙：臺(tái)灣地區(qū)選舉是中國(guó)的地方事務(wù)。這次臺(tái)灣地區(qū)兩項(xiàng)選舉結(jié)果顯示，民進(jìn)黨并不能代表島內(nèi)主流民意。不管島內(nèi)局勢(shì)怎樣變化，都不可能改變世界上只有一個(gè)中國(guó)、臺(tái)灣是中國(guó)一部分的基本事實(shí)，不可能改變國(guó)際社會(huì)堅(jiān)持一個(gè)中國(guó)原則的普遍共識(shí)，不可能改變中國(guó)終將實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一的歷史大勢(shì)。
Wu Qian: The elections of the Taiwan region belong to the affairs of a region in China. The outcome of the two elections shows that the DPP does not represent mainstream public opinion in Taiwan. No matter how the situation changes in Taiwan, the basic fact that there is only one China in the world and Taiwan is part of China will not change, the prevailing consensus of the international community on the one-China principle will not change and the historical trends towards reunification will not change.
80年前，中美英三國(guó)發(fā)表《開(kāi)羅宣言》，明確規(guī)定“把日本所竊取的中國(guó)領(lǐng)土臺(tái)灣歸還中國(guó)”。1945年中美英蘇聯(lián)合發(fā)表的《波茨坦公告》第八條規(guī)定“《開(kāi)羅宣言》條款必將實(shí)施。”1971年第26屆聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)通過(guò)的第2758號(hào)決議明確了世界上只有一個(gè)中國(guó)，不存在“兩個(gè)中國(guó)”“一中一臺(tái)”。這一系列具有國(guó)際法律效力的文件確認(rèn)了臺(tái)灣是中國(guó)不可分割領(lǐng)土的歷史和法理事實(shí)。
About 80 years ago, China, the US and the UK issued the Cairo Declaration which stipulated that “all the territories Japan has stolen from China, such as Taiwan, shall be restored to China.” Article 8 of the 1945 Potsdam Proclamation jointly declared by China, the US, the UK and the Soviet Union said clearly that the terms of the Cairo Declaration shall be carried out. In 1971, the 26th UN General Assembly adopted Resolution 2758 which clarified that there is only one China in the world and no two China or one China, one Taiwan. These international instruments are legally binding and provide historical and jurisprudential basis for the fact that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China’s territory.
需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，中國(guó)的主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土從未分割，臺(tái)灣是中國(guó)領(lǐng)土一部分的法律地位和事實(shí)從未改變，這才是臺(tái)海的真正現(xiàn)狀。臺(tái)灣永遠(yuǎn)不是一個(gè)國(guó)家，“臺(tái)獨(dú)”永遠(yuǎn)不可能成事，外部勢(shì)力分裂中國(guó)的圖謀永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)得逞。祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一，臺(tái)灣當(dāng)歸。中國(guó)人民解放軍將以行動(dòng)說(shuō)話，始終做捍衛(wèi)國(guó)家主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整的鋼鐵長(zhǎng)城。
The sovereignty and territory of China has never been severed and the legal status and fact that Taiwan is part of China’s territory have never changed. The is the real status quo. Taiwan will never be a country. Taiwan independence and the attempts by foreign forces to split China will never succeed. China’s reunification requires Taiwan’s return. The PLA will speak with actions and always be an iron great wall defending national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
