國(guó)防部：中印共同維護(hù)邊境地區(qū)和平安寧

10月31日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人張曉剛大校答記者問(wèn)。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，中印兩國(guó)就中印邊界巡邏安排達(dá)成協(xié)議，這有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)脫離接觸，解決2020年以來(lái)的沖突。近日，印陸軍參謀長(zhǎng)稱，印方希望邊境局勢(shì)恢復(fù)到2020年4月前狀態(tài)，逐步恢復(fù)邊境實(shí)控線正常管理。請(qǐng)問(wèn)對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
Question: It is reported that China and India have reached a deal on patrol arrangements in the border areas, which can lead to disengagement, ending a conflict began in 2020. India’s Chief of Army Staff recently said that India hopes to restore the border situation to the state before April 2020, and gradually resume normal management along the Line of Control. May I have your comment?
張曉剛：中印雙方通過(guò)外交和軍事渠道，已就邊境有關(guān)問(wèn)題達(dá)成解決方案，雙方一線部隊(duì)正在有序推進(jìn)落實(shí)工作。習(xí)近平主席在俄羅斯喀山金磚國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)晤期間，同印度總理莫迪舉行雙邊會(huì)見(jiàn)，一致認(rèn)為中印兩國(guó)應(yīng)該從戰(zhàn)略高度和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)角度看待和處理中印關(guān)系，不讓具體分歧影響兩國(guó)關(guān)系大局。我們希望印方與中方相向而行，以兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人重要共識(shí)為指引，持續(xù)落實(shí)好上述解決方案，共同維護(hù)好邊境地區(qū)和平安寧。
Zhang Xiaogang: China and India have reached resolutions on issues concerning the border areas through diplomatic and military channels. The frontline troops of the two militaries are making progress in implementing the resolutions in an orderly manner. President Xi Jinping met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the margins of the BRICS Summit held in Kazan, Russia. Both sides agreed that China and India should view and handle the bilateral relations from a strategic and long-term perspective, and make sure that differences on specific issues would not affect the overall bilateral relationship. We hope the Indian side will work together with China, take the important common understandings between the two state leaders as guidance, continuously implement the above-mentioned resolutions, and jointly safeguard peace and tranquility in the border areas.
